Every year, many people make resolutions, but do not follow through.
This year, we complete 13 years of success. There were many good times, and many difficult situations faced to achieve this success. In every up and down, we have had our good employees with us.
2016 is a year of learning and change at Safaltek. Our resolutions for the year reflect those goals:
- More flexibility for the employees with amendments in the leaves policy.
- Process improvement and target to get CMMi certification.
- Ownership within teams to take decision and to work with authorities.
- More training for the employees to train them for the better future.
