Technical Expertise:
In-depth experience working as a software developer / programmer building large-scale software solutions with the following technologies:
ASP.NET 2.0 / 3.5/4.0, MVC 3.0/4.0, C#, LINQ, Sql Server 2005/2008, JQuery, Web2.0, AJAX, WebServices development
Specific Requirements:
Should have hands on experience on MVC Technology
Participate as a core member of the agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
Develop user and performance centric optimal code using existing service tier components and prescribed coding conventions.
Advance knowledge of .net core, C#, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Frameworks (Bootstrap or Foundation).
Advance knowledge of JSON, REST based API, AJAX, XML, HTTP and JavaScript/Typescript.
Experience in developing Responsive websites, Single-Page Applications using Angular UI/Bootstrap UI.
Utilize latest advancement in Microsoft Web technology and new design patterns to enhance usability and functionality of the IT solution.
Develop data model, support data population activities and document details in the data dictionary.
Coordinate closely with peers to ensure proper implementation of system specifications and integration of the new development with the complete system.
Prepare component level and architectural documentation as per the project process requirements.
Help with support team to perform troubleshooting of issues.

QC Engineer

Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Skill Sets:
Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.
Database- SQL knowledge is desirable.
Good hand on manual testing, Creating test cases and knowledge of automation tools.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Review and analyze product specifications and perform software testing.
Identify, record, document the test process thoroughly and track bugs.
Determine quality assurance parameters.
Track quality assurance metrics
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

Sr. Technical Support Engineer

Skill Sets:
ASP .Net Application Support, Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server and Basic
Networking knowledge: PING, SMTP, POP3, SSL etc.
Demonstrated experience with Helpdesk/Desktop Support/Technical Support within an enterprise environment.
Extensive experience working with PC software/hardware, networking devices, Windows OS.
Exposure to networking technology (Networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN).
The ability to read, write, and speak business level English.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Flexible coverage schedule to accommodate occasional evening, weekend work (time off in lieu).
Technical Expertise:
SQL and IIS knowledge, Good to have ITIL V3 Foundation, SQL certification.
Flexibly support internal and external customer technical needs to resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues (desktop, network connectivity, etc.) both in the customer’s environment as well as remotely.
Deliver an extraordinary level of customer service under pressure, whilst maintaining focus on solving the issue.
